UPDATE: NEW PROCEDURES DURING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PANDEMIC

Effective Tuesday, March 17th we will be making changes to how we take precautions during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic. At Raffiné Bridal, the safety and health of our customers and employees is our number one priority. To maintain a safe environment, we will be contacting all scheduled appointments from March 17th through March 28th to reschedule for March 30th or later.  Any appointment requests that are not yet scheduled, must be made for March 30th or later.

Store Hours: Doors will remain locked effective Tuesday, March 17th – Saturday, March 28th.

Wedding Dress Pick-Up Appointments: If you are scheduled for a wedding dress pick-up appointment during the dates of March 17th – March 28th and your appointment was approved to remain, someone will be present at the time of your appointment to greet you, and complete paperwork for the pick-up process. However, stylists will be unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. Any pick-up appointment will be limited to one additional guest. There will be no storage fees for brides needing to schedule a wedding dress pick-up appointment outside of the 21-day policy.

All Appointments: All appointments scheduled during the dates of March 17th – March 28th, will be contacted to reschedule for Monday, March 30th or later.

Prom Dress Shopping & Pick-Up: Raffiné Bridal’s prom department has always been constructed through a walk-in basis. Unfortunately, the prom department will be temporarily closed from March 17th – March 28th. If you have a prom dress that needs to be picked-up, please call or email us during regular store hours and we will make an appointment for you to pick it up. Please note, stylists will be unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. Any pick-up appointment will be limited to one additional guest. If your schedule is flexible, and you are able to pick up your item(s) after March 28th, please do so.

All Merchandise Pick-Ups: If you are in need of picking up any special order items during the dates of March 17th – March 28th (wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, accessory, prom dress etc.), please call or email to schedule an appointment. Please note, stylists will be unable to assist with the dressing of any garments. If your schedule is flexible, and you are able to pick up your item(s) after March 28th, please do so.

Special Order Arrivals: All customer orders will still be shipping in as normal, with no shipping delays. (Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, accessories etc.) During store closure (March 17th – March 28th), we will still be checking in and inspecting all special orders and notifying customers. If your item requires a pick-up appointment, your appointment must be scheduled for Monday, March 30th or later.

Continuing with any pick-up appointments during the dates of March 17th – March 28th is to the discretion of the customer. Raffiné Bridal does have the right to turn away guests that seem sick or are showing symptoms of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our number one priority during this global pandemic is closely following the recommendations that the CDC has put in place to do our part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our team is working diligently by regularly sanitizing fitting rooms, restrooms and common areas. We will be available during regular store hours to answer phone calls and email questions.

We appreciate all the support from our loyal customers that have already decided to reschedule their appointments. Our passion has always been, and will continue to be, making brides and prom-goers big day special. We will not leave anyone with unanswered questions and are here to help and provide ease through this difficult time. We will continue to provide updates on a daily basis.
